How to build your profile

Click to your username and go to your profile.

Click “Change Profile Photo” to upload a photo of yourself to be visible to everyone as your profile photo and make sure it is ‘Professional’. You can also change your profiles’ cover photo by clicking “Change Cover Image”.

In order to update your information, please locate and click on the “Edit” in your profile screen.

Base

Now it is time to fill out the “Base Area”. You can write down your personal information such as your name, birthday, and gender if you prefer.

Details

Biographical Info

Just like writing your biographical info in your resume. Please use 5 to 6 sentences to summarize what you’ve done so far and what you are capable of.

Position

You can write your titles/positions, the company that you’re working for, or what you are looking for just like you do on LinkedIn. Please use separators or commas in between your titles or positions. Some examples are:

Data Engineer at Facebook

Marketing Specialist, Creative Agency

Director of Sales / Looking for new opportunities

VP of HR at Nelson

Advisor / Consultant Specialized in Search Engine Marketing

More Details

In order to customize your profile more, you can add more details such as your location, passions, personal or business websites, or links to your social profiles as well.

When all is done, please don’t forget to click save.
